1. Acceptance

By registering for or using Goswami Matrimony ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal marriageable age under Indian law and legally competent to marry. You must register only with genuine matrimonial intent and provide truthful, accurate information about yourself (or the person you are registering for, with their consent).

3. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and photographs you upload.
• You are solely responsible for your own conduct and for all interactions with other members.
• You must independently verify the identity, background and claims of any member before proceeding in any way. We do not do this for you.
• You must not post false, misleading, obscene, unlawful, or offensive content, or impersonate anyone.
• You must never share financial information, one-time passwords, or send money to any member.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its owner(s), operators and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss, fraud, cheating, misrepresentation, harassment, dispute, or harm of any kind, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website or with any interaction, meeting, relationship, engagement or marriage formed through or after using it. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Website.

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Website and its owner(s) from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Website, your content, or your interactions with other members.

6. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will receive responses, find a match, or enter into any relationship or marriage. "Verified" indicates email verification only.

7. Termination

We may suspend or remove any profile or account at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms, without notice or liability.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
